Freedom is a Place Where Modern Medicine Meets Real Humanity

For over 25 years, Dr. Steven Siwek has led the charge in interventional pain management, founding The Pain Center of Arizona in 2002 before launching Freedom Integrated Healthcare in 2024. Our work focuses on chronic pain evaluation, research, and treatment, shifting healthcare toward prevention, education, and multidisciplinary care.

Dr. Siwek leads Freedom Injury Network with Mayo Clinic expertise in interventional pain management as he guides our network's vision. As a result, Freedom Injury Network emphasizes a holistic approach to chronic pain management, including services like Freedom Behavioral Health and Freedom Primary Care. And Dr. Siwek’s vision continually drives our commitment to innovative, patient-centered treatment.

Our physician-led team is passionate about helping patients with interventional pain, primary care, orthopedics, neurology, behavioral health, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and diagnostic lab services for comprehensive injury treatment. This diverse leadership ensures coordinated, patient-centered care across all facilities.
