As a double board-certified interventional pain physician, Dr. Adam J. Siwek brings expertise and compassion to every patient, offering cutting-edge solutions for chronic pain through a comprehensive range of interventional pain injections, implantable pain therapies, and minimally invasive spine surgeries.

Dr. Siwek earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University, laying the foundation for his patient-centered approach. He completed a surgical internship and anesthesia residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine. Certified by The American Board of Anesthesiology in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, Dr. Siwek combines advanced technical skill with a deep commitment to improving his patients’ quality of life.
