Brand Info

Freedom Injury Network is a physician-led, multispecialty healthcare network that provides timely, coordinated, and compassionate care for people recovering from personal injuries across Arizona. The organization is led by Dr. Steven M. Siwek, who brings more than 25 years of experience in interventional pain management, including injury care. Dr. Siwek founded The Pain Center of Arizona in 2002 and later launched Freedom Integrated Healthcare, which includes Freedom Injury Network, in 2024.

Freedom Injury Network’s approach focuses on the whole person, not only isolated symptoms, and reflects our patient-centered philosophy: “Your injury doesn’t need to define you.”

Our Services

Freedom Injury Network offers a coordinated, multispecialty approach to personal injury care. Care begins with a thorough evaluation and diagnosis, and qualified clinical professionals collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan based on each patient’s needs. We are different from typical injury clinics who are often specialized only in one field of medicine (e.g. neurology) or their practice lacks surgical expertise and therefore can’t handle complex injury cases (e.g. chiropractor and physical therapy). We are a multidisciplinary team of physicians who collaboratively work together to help patients recover without patients needing to manage the recovery process, multiple referrals, and collecting their medical records.

Services may include:

Same-day appointments may be available. Freedom Injury Network also offers telehealth options for English and Spanish-speaking patients and operates multiple clinic locations across Arizona, including its primary campus in Scottsdale.
