“Excellent treatment planning and care after a very severe accident. While I’m still in treatment I have total faith in this team to help me.”

Amanda Callahan is our Nurse Practitioner at Freedom Injury Network. Hailing from a small town in Iowa, Amanda relocated to the Phoenix area, where she began her career in the cardiac progressive unit at the Mayo Clinic. Driven by her passion for patient care, she pursued and earned her Master’s Degree, graduating in 2020. Since joining the Freedom team in June 2022, Amanda has been committed to helping patients regain full functionality and enhance their quality of life.
Outside of work, Amanda stays active with gym workouts and hiking, and she enjoys the occasional country concert. She makes time to visit her parents and two brothers in Iowa whenever possible.
We’re thrilled to have Amanda serving patients at our Peoria, Gilbert, and Scottsdale clinics, as well as providing Telemed services across Arizona.
